"We stayed at the poolhouse with 2 kids and they loved jumping on the trampoline and having a big to run around in yard, it was a nice surprise ! Beds were a bit hard but overall stay and breakfast at the Piper's club was awesome !"

"There was zero service. We saw no staff for the length of our stay. reception was closed throughout. Although breakfast is advertised as starting at 8am, when we arrived at the property and checked this we found out that breakfast had to be booked by 5pm the previous day. This was written in small type on a 'welcome' note. So no breakfast. The photos & description of the property imply that it is close to the beach. It isn't! Its at least 1/2 mile away across a busy road."

"The place was clean, and the heating was excellent during our stay ( winter time ). The car park is excellent too. It is basically right next to our accommodation. We will definitely come back and use this accommodation again. Highly recommended!"

The staff were beyond helpful and friendly, the prices were very reasonable, breakfast was a wonderful spread and the location cannot be beat. And that's not even mentioning the absolutely beautiful room with a large bath that was very welcome after the trek out to Poperinge!"

"Communication re parking question was quickly answered. The location was great and room was lovely. Parking was easily available. Only slight issue was a power outage late evening and staff had to be called in to deal with it as staff on duty didn't know how to sort it. But it was handled fairly quickly after."
