"This condo is adorable. Everything is newly updated and high quality. Includes nice new appliances and beach towels. They provided dishwasher and laundry detergent. Beds are very comfortable. You can see the ocean from the lanai and it walks right out on the ground floor. It has beach chairs and umbrellas ready for you and is an easy walk to the beach. Absolutely loved it and highly recommend it. "

"This was a wonderful beach rental on Sanibel! Very convenient location with close beach access and a lovely pool. Property was very clean and comfortable for two people. Parking was easy and accessible, close to the elevator which was great. The fridge did leak significantly which we noticed in previous reviews, but it did get some of our groceries so be careful of this as it doesn't seem to be fixed yet (we also reported and never heard back). A blanket for the couch sleeper, interior door mat for shoes, and hooks for drying towels would also be nice additions to the space, but overall we were very happy with the value and comfort of this property and would highly recommend!"

"The property was well appointed and very clean. Everything needed for a beach vacation was provided. We enjoyed the short stroll to the beach. The smaller community pool was also clean and uncrowded. It should be noted, however, that the gulf view is partial and the washer and dryer are not in the unit."
