"Positives: Good, roomy house with plenty of living space in a good location (near ocean), good beds & plenty of towels, ample kitchen products.Negatives: maintenance & repairs needed. Several kitchen appliances needed repair: a cooktop that was almost inoperable and a loose refrigerator freezer door. Some walls & woodwork needed painting, flooring near showers moisture-damaged. The dining table was too small for group of 12. We had to eat in shifts.All in all, the rental price for this house was too high. I would love to go back to Tybee Island, but not in this house."

"This pretty and house was absolutely amazing. Incredibly clean. Well stocked with the needed essentials that we normally would have had to buy. It is beautifully decorated, roomy, looks brand new. Communication was easy and very quick response. They are close to so many restaurants and the beach. They have the items needed for a day at the beach(chairs, towels, coolers, carts). I highly recommend this property. We will definitely book this house the next time we come to Tybee."

"Great property for 2 people. Since it's the 2nd floor the AC unit had a really hard time keeping the space cool during our stay in July. There are ceiling fans in the main living areas (bedroom and kitchen/living area). Also, don't bring Keurig coffee pods. Bring coffee grounds, or your own Keurig too."

"This is an exceptionally well restored and maintained historic beach house. The decor is beautiful, fun, and comfortable. Great location, responsive host (we left a pair of shoes there and they were helpful in getting them back to us). The very large air conditioned porch is a great luxury in the summertime."
