A very short walk to the beach, fun area with plenty of restaurants and shops near by. It did feel like they were slightly understaffed, but all in all it was a fun stay and we would likely go again. 4/5.

There was a roach in the kitchen- i killed it. There was sand all over the floors. The flatware (forks/spoons/etc) was barely a step up from roadside plastic. It was truly awful. The microwave door opened into your head - it needed to be turned around so that reaching for the food would be easier. The bathroom shower had hair in it. The staff was great. Location great. Breakfast great.

When booking a DeSoto property, I had a choice of a hotel-style room, a room with a terrace, or a garden room. I chose the garden room because it was described as having a patio, and the pictures showed a beautiful garden setting. Our "garden patio" was 4 mismatched, cheap old furniture pieces, and the garden was a couple of vines, and all of this faced the parking lot and busy street out front. The pictures were definitely deceiving. The bed was very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked very well. The staff took care to ensure we had plenty of towels, and I liked that they provided laundry detergent and dryer sheets. The kitchen had a coffee maker with paper cups and no coffee, and the silverware had just 2 of each utensil. Ceiling fan in bedroom was covered in dust, and clock in the living room was not working. I will likely not select this property inthe future.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was real nice, some mold in shower they just need to clean better. It was on the beach and lots of dining options close by and a few shops. The parking is not great, we had a truck and do not recommend bringing a full size car very hard to park it.

The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The unit is part of an old house,very charming. Parking is a bit tight, space at a premium, as always on Tybee.

This place is on the beach with access to a neighboring pool. There is no smart TV, so any streaming for a movie must be done on personal electronic devices. The grounds need some landscaping clean up and signage would be helpful to find the paths/access to the beach or pool. The breakfast was good and had several options.

The room was decorated beautifully. Nice continental breakfast in the main building. Very short walk to beach/ocean. Bathroom was clean. Sofa bed was broken, sheets were dirty. All tables were dusty and the floor was sticky. All lamps needed to be plug in. Glue trap on floor under bedside dresser. Pill on the bedroom floor. Ironing booard cover dusty and dirty. Off site parking in a very small driveway/ lot. Enjoyed Tybee Island. If i came back I would stay somewhere else.

The Bed &Breakfast suite could have been cleaner. The floors were not cleaned well. And the kitchen counter Island had sand on it. We understand we are at the beach, but finding a thin layer of sand on the kitchen counter isn't good at all.....

We had a nice stay but the cleanliness of the bathroom was not great. The shower hadn't been turned off completely so there was water in the floor with hair in it. There was mold around the bottom of the shower. We found a large "dust bunny" made if hair and dust and dust in the bedroom floor as well. The bed was good, the kitchen was all we needed and the living area was ok. It just needs a good, thorough cleaning and paint touch up to make it better.
