"Older style hotel in the centre of town. Has all you need in the apartments. Pool area only small with few sun beds. Hotel is clean and well maintained. Staff lovely. Walk to everything in town. "

"It’s in a great location right in the heart of the city entertainment area. The room was absolutely stunning and the staff were great. The only slight negative is that we were on level 4 and the rooftop bar was quite loud until after 10pm and then the set up for breakfast (assumption) started about 5.30am."

"We had a fantastic stay at this property! The room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made a big difference in our comfort level. "We travel through Cairns often and always love staying at the Benson because of the convenient location - it is surrounded by lots of cafes and restaurants, its walking distance to both Woolworths, Cairns Central shopping centre and also to the Esplanade.
