Good family stay

Everything was great except we didn’t get the extra mattress that was organised to be put in for our 5th guest. If that end of the deal was dealt with as discussed I would’ve rated our stay a 10/10 but due to this matter I’m going to give it a 8/10

Clean and comfortable.

Value for money. Clean and full amenities. Wonderful if you need to be near the hospital, and easy to walk to the Esplanade, Muddy's water-park for the kids, and the Lagoon. Lots of pubs, take-aways, and a small corner shop nearby.

5 mins walk to Esplanade. 30 mins to Casino. Nice.

Bob, the new owner was very helpful. All gardens had recently been refurbished and looked lovely. Some small maintenance issues within the unit were reported and attended to immediately if possible. Bob's plans for future upgrades will make it a very nice accommodation. We would rate rooms 3,4,7 & 8 as the pick of the rooms as they are away from the road & facing the pool area.
