"The hotel itself is beautiful and the pool area is amazing. We stayed in a newly renovated room. Staff was top notch. Unfortunately, I would probably never stay at that hotel again. The walls between rooms were so thin, we were able to hear the entire conversations from the guests staying next door. It’s not something we’d expect from a hotel chain of that caliber. Perfect location, great staff but we just could not sleep in our room. We left very disappointed."

"Property was clean and staff was very helpful. Property need updating and repair. Elevator was not working, paint bubbled."

"Our shower kept backing up and flooding the bathroom but they did come fix it. It just makes it hard when the bathroom isn’t accessible after a Long Beach day with kids. "

"It is located close to the cruise port and airport, but public transit is poor. Buses run approximately only once per hour. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay."

"I needed a room overnight with my two daughters. It was emergency situation. Would not stay there. It is for solo travelers for sure. Good location though and friendly employees. I am still waiting for my $50 security deposit back."

"The property list they have a resturant. The resturant has been close since last year and is not plan on reopening. I had to walk a half mile in the cold to the nearest open facility"
