Property seems to be in a safe area. Conveniently to a lot of shops but definitely needs an update. I see construction going on so its definitely on the way. Rooms size and amenities are great. Comfortable bed and clean. Would stay again for a night or two.

My experience was excellent. They don't offer room service, but they had 24-hour coffee and food for sale at the reception. I'm very satisfied with everything.

First time staying at this property after staying at Hilton properties for the last few months. My initial impression at check-in was actually pretty terrible, and they suggested I cancel my reservation because of an issue that came up only when I arrived at the front desk at 10:30pm, without any meaningful offer of a solution. I walked out pretty frustrated and upset, but came back after a short time and was greeted completely differently and we overcame the issue and had a much better experience. The rest of the stay was nice and the room was very good, exactly what I needed for the weekend. It's not very fancy but it has everything needed to feel at home, which was important for this stay.

3 Night Stay in January at Candlewood

Overall, I would give it an 8/10. The associates at the front desk at arrival and check out were polite, friendly, engaged, and polite. The room was clean and cozy. A small kitchen yet practical and I could appreciate that. The bathroom was clean, all the plumbing worked correctly, and they had complementary shower soap, shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap. All the towels were nice and clean. The cons were that the wing of the hotel I was in was being remodeled. Therefore, the smell of fresh paint was annoying to me as the dust from the sheetrock as I entered and in and out of the hotel. The carpet in the room was outdated yet clean. And, the baseboards in the room were exposed, showing cracks and holes. I think it was unfinished. I would recommend this hotel. When I head back to Miami later this year. I will return.

This hotel truly feels like a second home for me. The staff’s service is always on point. The coffee stand in the lobby is amazing. The room is always clean, and the halls smell fresh and clean too. I always tip the cleaning crew for the great service they provide. Thank you, Candlewood team!
