Place was really quiet and there's restaurants at a walkable distance. Loved the fact they had a washer and dryer on site. You feel safe with code locks at tha gate and rooms. Also have a small yard with sitting area.

Carpet was dirty, mold was obvious on the shower liner. Floors needed cleaning. Newer met a staff member. The rooms were large and could have been excellent if the staff cared. We left a night early.

Hidden gem

It’s a very cute space and tucked away off the main road. It’s within a neighborhood and felt very safe and comfortable. The room itself was clean and comfortable. I’d absolutely stay here again.

There is no room service so be prepared to clean yourself, this is DEFINITELY a budget location. Far from the beach and in a questionable neighbourhood

My stay was a breeze. Was able to locate the key had no issues with the codes and they even upgraded Security before I left knowing that if I come back the next time it’ll be a better experience.. The property was very up-to-date freshly painted seats outside to enjoy the weather and they provide you with utensils or pottery for your stay not much hotels. Do that even if they have a kitchen thank you for the experience.

My husband and I got to the property and it didn't look like a hotel. It looks more like a multi unit apartment complex, the gate were locked and no one in the office to accommodate us at all.

Stayed at the Sunset Inn during Art Basel – it was the cheapest solo option, and it felt like it. While it’s noted (but not prominently) on Expedia, there’s no reception – just an answering service or SMS/e-mail, so if something goes wrong, don’t expect quick fixes. My shower didn’t work, and it took three days to resolve. The room was sandy on arrival, which didn’t help. If you’re fine with minimal service and basic cleanliness, it’ll do. Otherwise, spend a bit more and save yourself the hassle.

I strongly advise against booking this property. I arrived at 11pm to no shower working. Called the operator the next morning and expressed this concern. Never got a call back. I text the read my texts and didn’t respond. I called again and was told that they would send somebody to look at it. I was not there so I don’t know if they did. Got back at 10 pm still no shower. I reached out to Expedia at this point and they could not reach the operator. I called the next morning to try and get another suite still no answer or response. Expedia could not help bc they could not reach the operator. In addition to this my daughter got bit up by bed bugs and the electricity blew in the wall with the TV and microwave. Overall terrible customer experience and service.
