Boa localização mas ruim a estrutura do apto

Apartamento bem localizado no Brickel, porém uma falta de manutenção grande, sabe quando coloca os móveis velhos da tua casa na casa da praia, parece que foi isso que fizeram, tudo está em condições ruins. Panelas velhas, louça na cozinha suja, camas com colchões ruins, toalhas de banho parecem mais lixas, nem pilhas nos controles da TV funcionavam.
