Enjoy this luxury 2 bedroom apartment located in the W Miami Hotel (Brickell) with pool, sauna, clubhouse and full size gym and all what you dream about!
Admire the fabulous views over the city and Biscayne Bay from your private balcony.
Everything is walking distance! Shopping, Restaurants & Miami best night life.
It sleeps 4 guests (2 bedrooms with a king size bed in each bedroom) but We had guests stay for party of 5 . You must know that this is a 2 bedrooms and 2 king size beds apartment and a regular sofa in the living room. The hotel doesn't allow any guest to check in without 6 hrs. advanced notice and submission of ID and contacting host to check you in person. Check-in is between 11 am to 10 pm. Additional check in fee outside this time window is payable to the the host directly upon in person registration as follow:
10pm-12am $50, 12am-8am $100, 8am-11am $45....There is a one time resort fee $20 charged to the guests by the W hotel

Overall good experiance

Overall we had a very good stay. Check in was easy and good communication with owner. Property is very nice with outstanding amenities and in a great location with fantastic views of the Miami Bay. Furniture is a bit beat up and some of the outlets would not hold plugs. Internet did not work, but we never said anything until we left, so to be fair owner did not have a chance to have fixed. Would stay here again if in area as we had a great time and enjoyed the property.

Great location

Great location with lots of options to walk to different restaurants. Overall place was very dated. Definitely not the cleanest place i have ever stayed at. Felt very safe at this location though and overall had a great girls weekend.

We had a fantastic stay, apartment is well appointed and has everything you need! 49th floor views are amazing and quick ride to South Beach. Restaurant and poolside service is a plus too. We hope to be back soon!

Great location

Everything was great about the place except perhaps the furniture is getting old. Lots of dents and chips on it. The host is very responsive and easy to contact. All in all a good property with a great view and location.

Weekend Getaway

We had a blast in the apartment. Not only were the views absolutely breathtaking the amenities were just amazing. This apartment had a full kitchen, allowing us to cook the entire weekend. Check-in was seamless and the owner was great at answering any and all questions. We can't wait to stay here again. There was plenty of space for my family and my dog.

Great View!

This is a great location. The property has wonderful views. It is clean and comfortable to stay in. I enjoyed the pool and the gym. If you work out, the gym has everything you will need. Make sure you factor in parking costs when you travel to Miami.

Perfect pit stop

We were on a 24 hour layover to the Bahamas. This was the perfect place to stay. The condo is absolutely gorgeous and the amenities are a major bonus. The views, you cannot beat. The pool was a great vibe and the drinks were delicious. The check in was very easy and the host communicates very well! You will not be upset that you stayed here.

Short overnight before cruise

The views are the best part as well as location.The unit itself is very basic and furniture somewhat worn,dated and damaged. That being said, you can't beat the views and location. Highly recommend Komado restaurant right around the corner!
