Apartment was in a great location, easy access to the beach and Lincoln Rd mall. Place is just as pictured and I felt safe and enjoyed my stay.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I booked this property for five adults, but when we arrived, there was only one bed available. Even if I accidentally selected two adults instead of five, it would not have mattered because the condition of the place was unacceptable. My mom took one look inside and immediately said, “Nope, I’m not coming in!” The owner asked guests to remove their shoes, yet the floors were dirty. The sheets did not appear freshly changed, and there was a teddy bear on the floor that looked like it had once been white but was now filthy. Overall, the property did not feel clean or welcoming. The owner was also very intrusive, constantly sending messages and repeatedly reminding us that this was not a hotel and that he lived in the home. We understood that it was a private rental, but that does not excuse poor cleanliness or misleading accommodations. I requested a refund because we could not stay there, but after asking for one, the owner stopped responding to my messages. Expedia, I have been a loyal customer for years, and I am very disappointed that a property like this is listed on your website. In my opinion, this place should not be rented to guests in its current condition.
