Coco Loco Wynwood, part of the Coco Loco Holiday Future family, is our Chic Oasis in Wynwood where you can experience Luxury Living next to Miami`s Artistic District.
Perfectly centered in an elegant neighborhood of the beautiful art district of Wynwood Miami, Coco Loco Wynwood is right next door to amazing restaurants such as Sugarcane, Mau Miami and Tap 42 not to mention a Trader Joe`s across the street.
Our unit has 1 parking space provided for free upon reservation but there is also plenty of paid parking in the garage and street level. There is so much to do in walking distance, we encourage you to check out our digital guidebook!
The HOA of our unit simply requires that our guests pay a 1-time, $50 check-in fee per married couple, family or single adult.
