Newly renovated October 2020. 900 sq. ft. living space with large 400 sq. ft. direct oceanfront balcony for a total 1300 sq. ft. Consists of Great Room with Dining Area and Full Kitchen. 3 bedrooms - King double (2 xl twins combined) in master bedroom with magnificent Ocean Views and private connecting bathroom, 2 single twins in guest bedroom and 1 full double in 3rd bedroom with Ocean Views.

Private Poolside Cabana Available-
Our brand new upper-level poolside cabana is available to rent 10am - 8pm, during your stay. Our modern cabana features floor to ceiling sliding glass doors, flat screen TV, refrigerator, full bathroom with waterfall shower (perfect for hot shower right after the beach!), lounge chairs for sunbathing, and panoramic views of the ocean. IMPORTANT INFORMATION- Our property has recently completed a $35 million renovation of the interior and exterior of the building. Both upper and lower pools, Tiki bar, restaurant, and mezzanine pool deck are now open and in full operation. Gym is temporarily out of commission. We may have an alternative workout room, please inquire.

In the rare event that an unexpected emergency maintenance issue occurs before or during your stay, a unit will be assigned that is of equal or greater value to the unit reserved. This is not a common occurrence and rarely if ever occurs. If the dates you selected are not available, we may have other alternative units available at the same beachfront property -- please inquire.
