We arrived at 9am, and they set us up in a room well before check in. The room had a retro feel and was immediately welcoming, and so quiet! It was clean and we slept great! The staff was very accommodating filling our water bottles for our trip to the cruise ship. There is a long line of hotels on the Miami Beach strip, but The Pelican won’t do you wrong if you stay there! - they offered a free afternoon drink, and our perfect $10 breakfast was hand delivered by the cook. So nice!

The Pelican Hotel was an amazing stay right in the middle of all the action. Wendell was especially nice and look after my sister and I our entire stay. I thought the rooms were clean and well apportioned. The space was not huge but we didn’t expect that for the location. Plus we spent most of our time walking around to the different bars, restaurants, and shops just feet away. We had breakfast at the hotel restaurant in the morning which was delicIous and affordable. I went for a run along the ocean path and my sister used nearby Citi Bikes to run errands. As a woman who often travels solo, I felt safe here too. Highly recommend!

The best Hotel experience we have ever experienced. Incredible friendly and fun staff. Perfect location with beach access and right in the centre of the South Beach action. The rooms are beautiful and quiet. The restaurant and balcony are the perfect place to relax or enjoy company of friends family or have fun with the staff. Great property. It’s like being on the Vegas strip. Not always the safest, lots of noise, parking is a pain in the butt (valet only and it takes a while), but what a beautiful property, lots of places to eat, and a great place to people watch. Thanks for a great holiday

We had a wonderful stay at The Pelican hotel. The staff were exceptional, with a special mention to Chris at the front desk for his outstanding service. The food and drinks were fantastic. Despite the hotel's location on the main strip, it felt quiet and peaceful. The rooms are not entirely soundproof, but it wasn't a major issue. A heads up for beach-goers: resort fees do not cover umbrella rentals. Don't forget to take advantage of the complimentary drinks offered during your stay. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would definitely return.
