Great rooms, great price, but......

Great rooms with great setup. Great appliances, fixtures, furniture, etc. Walking distance to Publix. Great views of Brickell/downtown. A large, loud party happened on our floor that wasn’t shutdown till late. Construction going on in Parkin deck and seemingly some floor. construction / putting together furniture in the room above at 7:45. Luckily none of this going on when I was trying to sleep. Also have a mandatory $90 cleaning fee. Whether you trash the place w a party or not.

Due to the coronavirus we had to leave the property earlier than expected as our flight home got cancelled, but yet the property refused to issue a refund on the days we didn’t use! Disgusting considering the hardship people are currently going through!

It was awesome!! We stayed right as the coronavirus pandemic started and they made sure to make us feel as safe as possible and wore gloves before holding doors open for us and gave us so many good food recommendations even with so much stuff being closed!

We absolutely loved our stay at this location. The staff were incredibly accommodating and kind. Our 3 bedroom suite was beautiful and immaculately clean. We all had a wonderful stay and woud stay again! A huge thanks to the front desk staff for really helping us when we checked in exhausted from an overnight flight with 2 little ones, you really saved the day 🙂

Beautiful condo and a great location!

We absolutely loved the OB Brickell! It was so clean, comfortable and a great location to restaurants and shopping. No detail was missed...there was even a cheese grater in the kitchen!

You get only one towel for your whole stay. Our bed was neatly made until we lifted the covers and realised the sheets on the bed were dirty, with hair and body fluids. We got two fitted sheets and no pillow case to make our bed. Our room 2108 was noisy all night as it is right behind the elevator.

Not bad - large condo suite

It was large and spacious with a full kitchen and living area however I was expecting it to be "superb" as the rating is 9.0 - looked like the vaccum had not been done on the carpet and the bathroom looked very old and dated (the tub wasn't sparkling clean and the towels had hair on them. I wasn't too comfortable sitting on the sofa so we got something from the dollar store to throw over the sofa and covered it. The bed sheets were clean but the bed and pillow were horrible - my body ached everyday. Overall I give it a 7 out of 10 or 3.5 stars.

I love the size and brightness of the apartment of the corners (those ended in 1 and 2). We first got an apartment that looked old and smelled mold, I got an allergic reaction to the mold so we got a better one. The staff was very helpful.
