Great appt, poorly planned check in process

Appartment is great, ample, clean, well located and comfortable. Guests are provided with coffee capsules, shampoo, towels, etc. Problems - Even though is somewhere mentioned in the listing, it is not clear (BUT REALLY IMPORTANT) that there is an EXTRA CHARGE of 50 USD per person. For a party of 5, this adds 250 USD to the cost of renting. It should have been included in the price listed, I think there is bad faith in not making this clearer from the begging. For example, it should be mentioned by the owner in the first message sent, once the reservation is accepted. - Check in process is a mess. No clarity whatsoever on how to access the designated parking slot. I had to call many times while waiting inside my car at 11pm, in front of the parking garage barrier trying to get the parking space number (which had not been provided until then!) and attempting to open the barrier with the wrong card (the right card was hidden in a secret place inside the apartment, of which I was never told!). 3) Coffee machine broke down the last day, but I guess that is something that can happen. Not a Nespresso, but a generic one.
