Very spacious apartment, even better than what I saw in the pictures. A lot of eateries around the area and people are very friendly, close to downtown area. I would highly recommend this property. Just for improvement, I would love it if this apartment had more mirrors, this makes it easier for us girls to get ready.
Room was nice a bit confusing to get to as the room labeled lounge was full of cleaning supplies so we thought we were in the wrong door. Overall nice place liked that we could see the road so I knew when our friends picked us up.

I would be nice to have a lounge area , and the room be sound proof. There is a lot of outside noise but overall was very good.thank you
Our stay at Metro Park Hotel was extremely disappointing and nothing like what is shown online.
The pictures and description are very misleading. What you see when you book is not what you get in real life. The hotel feels old, poorly maintained, and not taken care of the way it should be. There were visible signs of wear, damage, and lack of proper cleaning that made us uncomfortable from the moment we arrived.
Cleanliness was a big issue. The room did not feel properly cleaned, and there were marks, stains, and general signs that the place is not being maintained to a basic standard. This is not what you expect when you pay for a hotel and trust the photos and reviews.
Another big problem was how inconvenient everything was, including parking and general organization. Nothing felt smooth or well managed. When you’re traveling with family, you need things to be simple and safe — and this was neither.
We reached out for help and tried to resolve the situation, but in the end, no real solution or refund was given. That makes it even more frustrating, because you’re left paying full price for a stay that clearly did not meet reasonable expectations.
I’m leaving this review with pictures so other travelers can see the reality and not just the polished photos online. My goal is to help others avoid going through the same experience. What happened to us felt misleading and unfair, and people deserve to know the truth before booking.
I would not stay here again.
Bright, clean room and the price was very reasonable. Great location, especially if you're going to a Marlins game (walk to the stadium!). Just not customer service oriented - no live front desk or customer service on premises (just A-I chat). Apparently there was housekeeping staff but I never saw them. We had issues with a broken kitchen table leg, sacks of dirty laundry stacked outside of our door (unfortunately our room is adjacent to the laundry room) and no working remote control which meant no working television. They cleared away the laundry bags the next day, attempted to get us a working remote control but failed, and nothing was done about the broken table (which wasn't that big of a deal, but no working television for 3 days was).
My biggest complaint? When I asked if they would comp one or both of the $20/night parking fees because of the inconveniences, they ignored me. Or their A-I bot that was responding to the chats and the emails did. Either way, I would have appreciated a response. And if they were really interested in customer service and repeat business, they would have comped at least one night of parking. Speaking of parking: heads up - though very secure, VERY small! The spots are actually steel elevating stalls that were extremely difficult to negotiate into. I was not practiced in doing this and ripped & dented the hell out of my front fenders and ground effects on my car. Not really their fault, just beware of this extra $20/day challenge.
After a delayed flight, I arrived at the hotel late, but check-in was seamless. Although we experienced a few minor issues in the room, the staff promptly addressed them. Great beds for much needed rest, since we were there for the marathon. Check-out was smooth as well. Overall, everything was great. Thank you!
Make sure to request a parking spot if needed, before to get the property and ask for the code and spot number to park if they have availability. That will help you to avoid unnecessary delays.

It was as previously reviewed. Bare bones. A little bit wacky.
The shower tile was very slippery. The floor in the room “looked “ clean but walking around without socks showed the dirt. The entrance to the room was through a utility closet.
The room was clean, but it had a strong, humid odor when we arrived. The building is lovely, but the surroundings need a little TLC; the grass needs maintenance, and there was some trash in the surroundings and the lobby.

The lamps didn’t work, the table was broken, no lights in the room.
The place was okey for the price, AC was in stuck in 74 ,so I slept warm instead cold that I used to.
Please be aware you need to pay a extra $20 for night parking it is not included in the price, but overall was good
