I spent weeks looking for a affordable, decent place in Miami. I was so shocked at the high prices of all the rooms everywhere in Miami that I was on the verge of being left without any option when I found this place. I had a bit of doubt at the beginning since there are not too many images of the room and there are not too many reviews of it, but ultimately taking the risk was the best decision of my entire trip. The place is well located and has a good-sized room. The room is very well equipped and covers all the necessities you could need, soap, shampoo, conditioner, hot water, nice water pressure, smart TV, comfy bed, some towels. It has a kitchen that is very complete, organized and clean which I loved!
During my stay I had no communication with the host, except for his instructions before my arrival, but they were precise and clear on how to enter the room and how to communicate with him if necessary. Good Parking space, walkable distance to closest bus and nice people around.
To improve: Although the room was kept very well organized with a very pleasing decoration, and clean feeling, there was some dust and dirt and old stuff under the bed which I noticed when some of my change fell to the floor and rolled under it. Everything else is amazing. I really enjoyed the room, their amenities and how well maintained and how well thought out it is for visitors. Thank you!
