Helpful staff and front desk. The only issue is that the name of this Marriot is very similar to the other Marriot on 255 Biscayne where I should have been attending a conference. Names should be different for each location.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. I just didn't like how much money I had to put out and there was no microwave, fridge to store my personal stuff. However, this was the first vacation I gave my parents and they loved it. Also, I really like how its in the city.

I believe the parking is over charged especially that the car was parked for two days without any movement . The breakfast was overcharged and they didn’t offer any discount

The resort is outstanding! The people at the reception and the concierge useless! They simply dont care about the passangers. They are usually sold out so they think they dont need to give any service to the passanger.
