Great Spot

I had a long overnight layover in Miami and this hotel was just perfect, location wise, price wise, service wise and everything in between. Keeping it as an option for when I am visiting Miami.

This hotel was soo cute, clean, bright, with a nice sized pool and a nice patio area. It’s in a good spot, with a park, a store and a good taco spot right across the street. It was close to shopping and right on the bus line. My daughter and I came for the weekend before our cruise and wanted to go to South Beach. The bus that stopped right on the corner took us to a connecting bus right down the street and we got to the beach in about 20-30mins. The lady at the desk was great as well. She was very helpful with directions and a pleasure to speak with. I will definitely be back.

I didn’t know what to except walking in to this hotel but, I was pleasantly surprised. The beds were very comfortable and so were the pillows. It was very clean and they made the bed and gave us clean towels everyday. It is a old hotel but I would definitely stay here again

The heart of downtown Miami

Our reception Cassie was amazing very informative and friendly, professional. The room was very open and welcome atmosphere. Definitely would book again for future visits.

OK hotel for the price.

You get what you pay for… The hotel was OK. A lot of noice was heard, from trafic and from neighbors. Besides that, the room was clean, fresh bathroom. For the price in Miami I don’t think you can get a better deal.

Basic, Clean, Comfy. Parking tricky

I really enjoyed my stay here! The staff is really friendly and helpful, the room was small and basic but very clean and had everything I needed. I was very comfortable, and it was in a location very close to the Adrienne Arsht Center, which I was visiting to see the symphony. Parking was a bit confusing and tricky, because there is a restaurant next door that people use the motel parking lot for, so depending on the hour, you may not be able to find adequate parking. But I was warned of this in advance by the staff and was able to make it work. Overall, I'd definitely stay here again, and really enjoyed my stay. It was exactly what I needed.

The hotel building has been around a long time and did show it's age in a couple places like the floor. However, it felt that it transported us back in time to when Miami was booming 50 years ago. The front desk staff of Casey, Melanie and Adele were super in answering our questions, storing our luggage and giving us directions.
