On the day of check in, we arrived an hour early to ask if we could drop our bags off and park the car in the prepaid parking space, to be told come back in an hour as they hadn't received an email from the host. We arrived back at the hotel at 4pm to be told the hotel were still waiting on the conformation email, I then had to try and contact the host without success, eventually getting through, we waited almost an hour to check into the room which was the wrong one and instead of looking out at the water we were looking at another hotel, not great! After complaining the host did give us our booked room and also allowed us to keep the 1st one which was appriciated. All in all it was a stressful day, after driving from kissimmee 3.5 hours away to watch a world cup game of football it took the excitement away, I was hoping the check in process would have been less stressful.

Our stay in Miami was amazing, and Vane was our host—she truly made the experience even better. She was incredibly responsive, even on Sundays and late at night, always friendly, patient, and helpful. I had a lot of questions, and she guided me through everything without ever showing any attitude.The place exceeded my expectations. The lobby feels simple at first, maybe a minimalist design, but once you step inside, it feels high-end and well put together. The amenities were excellent. I loved the hot tub, especially late at night, and the staff was very understanding as long as we were respectful.There was something for everyone in my family—the pool table, lounge areas, sauna, steam room, and a great gym that my daughter enjoyed. My older son used the business rooms, and my youngest loved the basketball court, where he bonded with his brother.The location is great, close to Brickell, and we enjoyed walking around and going to an Inter Miami game. The pool was warm, and we even used the grills to cook ribeyes. There’s also a beautiful church nearby, Gesu Catholic Church.I would definitely recommend this place and we will be staying again. Just remember, this is not a hotel—treat the staff with respect and communicate with your host. It makes all the difference.
