Check in was easy. Room was alright for the price and convenience of being close to the airport. The shower tub looked dirty, maybe just old, but we didn't use it. The bedside lamp had some dark brown crusty substance on it and the microwave looked dirty. The mattress had a red stain on the bottom, I always check underneath, the sheets seemed clean. It was serviceable for 1 night but I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

This property was not great!. We were not notified that the pool would be closed during our visit. The so called breakfast was literally muffins, granola bars,and coffee, so hardly a breakfast..The hotel smelled pretty bad..The carpet was dirty..However, the staff were helpful

Great location, but disappointing service The location is excellent, which is why I chose this hotel, but the service fell well short of expectations. Breakfast is just oatmeal and coffee, nothing you couldn't make yourself in a microwave. Housekeeping was the biggest issue. I stayed almost eight days and my room was never cleaned. When I asked, staff told me rooms are only cleaned once a week, meaning no sweeping or mopping for a full week. Unsurprisingly, I found a cockroach on my keyboard. The staff were also unfriendly, and many had difficulty communicating in English, which made resolving issues harder. I'm in Miami for another month and have asked my company to book me elsewhere, even though this location suited me best. If the hotel improved its housekeeping and guest service, it could easily be a top choice.

The stay was okay. Staff was helpful and friendly. However there was mold in the ceiling of the bathroom, tub needs to be constructed or replaced due to stains. Other than that the room was clean, spacious and comfortable. I would stay again but definitely need to get those issues fixed.
