• Per building rules, each unit includes 1 physical key and 1 fob. But don’t worry! Our smart lock system allows for mobile app entry and multiple digital codes for easy access. Need more flexibility? You can purchase a virtual fob at the front desk for around $10 (available daily from 8 AM to 10 PM).



• Washcloths are not provided.



• Please keep noise to a minimum and help us maintain a peaceful community. Parties or loud gatherings are not allowed and may result in fines by building management, which will be passed on to the responsible guest.



• To ensure a smooth check-in, it is mandatory that you inform us in advance who will be the main guest for the reservation, as this person must present themselves at the front desk upon arrival. If the registered main guest is unable to check in, a $53 fee will be required at the front desk to update the reservation with a new main guest.

  • This place is right behind the James L Knight Center, right between the Brickell Avenue and the S.E. 2nd Avenue bridge. I was on the North side of the Miami River pointing my camera South East. I found plenty of parking for a reasonable price. Best time if you want lots of action would be Friday or Saturday night. For a more desolate nights I would recommend Monday thru Thursday night. Here you will find an incredible amount of photography opportunities to shoot for. While like any big city you will find a few homeless folks, the place was very clean and very well kept. Lots of new, very tall buildings have made the Miami landscape a very popular site for photography!

Inconveniente con las llaves del apartamento!

Pienso que la aplicación para el seguro de la puerta debe funcionar para todos! Dicho esto, el inconveniente que presentamos con el seguro inteligente de la puerta de entrada al apartamento no fue útil, corrimos el riesgo de que se lleven nuestras pertenencias, la puerta se quedaba abierta hasta que alguien detrás de la aplicación Vrbo responda que la van a cerrar ellos, por que sólo uno de nuestro grupo tenía el servicio de teléfono para que la aplicación August funcione. Tuvimos la suerte de que nadie se haya llevado nuestras pertenencias. Estoy hablando por nuestro caso en particular, en el futuro deberían tener una llave en físico, o mejorar la aplicación para que sea accesible con los extranjeros que usamos wi-fi. Espero que este mensaje sea tomado en cuenta, para mejorar el servicio de seguridad, y que las personas disfruten de un paseo.
