THE STUDIO - My studio is located in a restored six-unit building where you will enjoy classic features such as exposed wood beams, A fully equipt kitchen, designer furnishing, and a Queen Size bed perfect for up to (2) guests!

KITCHEN - Prepare your meals in our full kitchen

FREE PARKING - There is free parking available on-site for one car


What you should think about:
ROAD - Our property is close to the road and train tracks, sounds of vehicles or a train passing by may be unavoidable
SPACE - This is a studio, one-bathroom unit. It’s perfect for two guests.
CLOSE TO EVERYTHING: BEST OF BOTH WORLDS-My building is just minutes from Wynwood, the Design District, downtown, the beaches Airport Port,
Downtown…etc.............… Enjoy being minutes from it all and retiring to your quiet and relaxing unit after a long day.

REMINDER BEFORE BOOKING:
- You must complete ChargeAutomation verification in order to receive check in details
- Only 25 years old and above are allowed to book and stay
- The one who book is the only allowed to check in
- Booking name must match the name on the ID that will be used in ChargeAutomation form
- Locals are currently not allowed to stay
