This entirely renovated, professionally decorated with luxurious brand new furniture, 1 (junior) bedroom, 1 bath, with all the amenities in a charming Art Deco building in the heart of South Beach. Just a block away from the world-renowned Lincoln Street Strip and 4 blocks away from the popular Caribbean South Beach Ocean and directly across the Miami Beach Convention Center, an indoor arena in Miami Beach and it is currently the largest convention center in the Miami area. This fully furnished Meridian Condo is perfect for honeymooners, business travelers and small families (sleeps 2 adults)

You will enjoy brand new appliances, comfortable closets, and fully equipped kitchen and linens, and free wireless Internet. Additionally, cable and Smart 3D TV adds to your entertainment and comfort.

Great place in central location within walking distance to everything. Not everything was dusted off and clean. Some decorations on shelves and in the kitchen were covered in dust and were on the way. At times it was noisy from neighbors loudly talking outside stating as early as 6:00am. Easy check in the condo suited all our needs nice quiet neighborhood close to everything .
Everything was wonderful although you may need someone to come spray saw a couple of roaches other than that we had a great time.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The place was as advertised. What you see in the pictures is what you get. Great location! It is within minutes from shopping, dining and beach access. My only complaint is there was some price haggling when I initially tried to reserve the room. I was told that it was not available after I completed the booking process and paid the deposit. I was refunded all my money. I looked online 2 days later and noticed the same unit was available but cost a little more. I reserved the room again with no problem. Beware of the price haggling.

I would recommend this to anyone attending an event at the Miami Beach convention center. The locations great within walking distance to anything you need.. You can get over to Lincoln Avenue and to shop, eat drink etc. The beach is less than 10 minit easy walk.The host is very responsive and easy to get along with. The place just worked perfect for what I used it for.
