The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Clean any spills, any used dishes & place them back in cabinets. Leave all used linens on entry floor area of each room.Place all moved furniture back to it's original location.

Clean grill after each use to avoid critters/insects. A $50 fee will be charged for any uncleaned grill. And $250 for excessive cleaning.

Place all TV controls, keys or fobs in their holders or leave visible on table top. Make sure to take ALL belongings. We are not responsible for items left behind. Report any damages before leaving.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

This is a DUPLEX property, 2 private independent properties in the same location. NO PARTIES, NO unannounced guests, Respect quite time 10PM-7AM.

We care for the safety of our guests/property be aware of surveillance cameras 24/7 on ALL perimeters of the property. NO loud noise from 10PM-7AM.
