The Space:

Escape to a unique and art-filled private home, a creative sanctuary perfect for families, friends, or artistic souls. This vibrant space, accommodating up to 10 guests, is a gallery of its own, offering a soulful retreat where comfort meets creativity.



Living Area: Relax in a living space that feels like a private gallery, featuring large, colorful abstract paintings and curated furniture. A dedicated desk provides a comfortable and inspiring spot for remote work.



Fully Equipped Kitchen: You'll have a modern, galley kitchen at your disposal. Featuring stainless steel appliances dishwasher, microwave, and stove, glossy white cabinets, it contains everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay.



Bedrooms: Each private bedroom has its own distinct character, with unique art and furnishings to inspire you. Enjoy glimpses of famous works by artists like Klimt and Warhol, along with vibrant pop art and bold paintings that add to the home's eclectic charm.



Bathrooms: The home includes two full bathrooms. One features a spa-like walk-in shower with pebble floors for a soothing experience, while the other offers a standard tub



Outdoor Space: Unwind in the shared yard among palm trees. Several sitting areas to relax, 2 lounge chairs, a gazebo with a dinning table and 4 dinning chairs are set on a unique landscape of gravel and artificial turf for your relaxation.

Smoking is allowed at the garden.



Guest Access:

Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire first-floor home, including the living room, kitchen, all bedrooms, and both bathrooms. Make yourself at home!



You will also have shared access to:

The common garden and yard area.

On-site paid laundry facilities. The washer and dryer are located just outside the front door to the left, under the stairs. The cost is $1.50 USD to wash and $1.50 USD to dry.



Other Things to Note:

Self Check-In: Check-in is anytime after 3:00 PM. For a seamless entry, a unique access code for the smart lock will be sent to you on the morning of your arrival.



Shared Yard: Please note that the backyard area is a shared space with other residents and is not fully fenced.



Security: For your safety and security, an external security camera is located at the front entrance, facing the exterior of the property.



Family-Friendly: We can provide a complimentary child's crib for infants upon request. Please let us know in advance if you require one.



Our Commitment: The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized to the highest standards before every stay. We also provide a complimentary starter supply of essentials like coffee, tea, paper towels, and toiletries to help you get settled in.



Interaction with Guests:

We prioritize your privacy and offer a seamless self-check-in process. While we won't be on-site during your stay, we are always available and responsive via the messaging app should you have any questions or need assistance.
