First trip to Mexico city
The accommodation is very spacious, and nicely located. The balconies bring a very pleasant feeling (see comments on rain later), the design is very modern and there were small thoughtful touches (i.e. ear plugs, Mexico city is 24/7 live and full of city noises).
The reason for 3 stars is 3 key points; 1-this apartment needs a serious fixing. The ceiling in the living room leaks in multiple places once it rains outside (and it rained heavy every afternoon we were there). some of the window and balcony doors' locks were not fully functional and it would blow open in heavy rain. Second are that needs attention is the hot water, there is a small water heater and is good enough for 1 shower for 1 person. If you have a crowded group, you need to wait for hot water to become available again. And lastly the floors are stone, which we enjoy, however they were not clean enough to be shoeless, hence we had to constantly wear shoes at home, which we do not do in our home.
