This hotel was conveniently located in Polanco and has plenty of dining options near it in walking distance. It is also close to the Bosque de Chapultepec (I ran over a couple of times). Morrad, from the Front Desk, as well as Security guards were welcoming and a great resource during our time there. They even let us borrow an umbrella while there. Overall hotel staff were responsive to our requests- be it water for tea, more food for breakfast or securing a taxi to the airport. This hotel had an amazing scent and was super clean. It smelled SO GOOD! The gym is small but functional to get a solid workout done.

The location is perfect to walk around. The amenities and decoration are cute. It will be nice if someone give you the reminder ahout what they offer ( I knew the day leaving) I can take some coffee downstairs

Property was not as advertised & staff was shady. -I paid extra for a room with a terrace. The terrace in the pictures was communal space for anyone, not part of our room. -We did not receive a bottle of wine, even after asking (Expedia VIP special) -The room did not have windows or AC, so it was hot and stuffy. -We purchased 2 drinks with Apple Pay, which they accepted. Later, we were told that the charge didn’t go through and they demanded we pay again. I showed them the charge from my bank statement and they argued that it didn’t come through on their end, even though the funds already left my account.
