The Roma area began its development in 1906 by the wealthiest families of the time who were looking for a quiet and secluded refuge but well connected to the city centre, where their big businesses were located. It was designed with wide boulevards, squares, tree-lined medians, typical Parisian public sculptures, and eclectic architecture that combines styles from the late 19th and early 20th centuries. A perfect area to explore on foot and discover the spaces that emerge daily with innovative and creative proposals or to visit the places where the most recognised gastronomic offers in our country are found. Nowadays La Roma is in the centre of everything that is currently happening in the city and Casa Del Quetzal is the perfect place to start your experience.
