I like the hotel was really close to the place I needed to go and the staff was very nice. I did not like that my room did not have a mini fridge and kitchenette area because there was not a snack area or deli in the hotel. I did not like either that I was given 1 water bottle per day only. The hotel did not have a water dispenser.

The shawer was leaking, the toilet was dirty, and window curtains were dirty. Overall, the property was very old and not maintained. Motel 6 would be better than that.

The sound separation between rooms was very bad, so sometimes noise from other rooms is annoying. Breakfast is very very basic.

Within walking distance to many restaurants in a safe neighborhood. Beautiful park nearby with museums and castle to visit. The first night the bathroom had a foul odor. As we stayed and used the restrooms the odor went away. Beds were hard and I am used to a softer mattress so a good night sleep was hard to come by. Single air conditioner in living room, so bedrooms didn't stay as cool as you would like. The last couple of nights the outside temp dropped so rooms did cool down due to cool front that came in. Staff was very friendly and easy check-in. Rooftop breakfast was enjoyable but menu was limited to eggs or omelet and coffee with toast. The young lady working breakfast was the sweetest and waited on your every need. Price was very affordable for what you get here.

Very clean and personnel very friendly and helpful. The drawback was the lack or air conditioner and the fan available too noisy, so we had to turned it up so nights were not very comfortable

I arrived at the hotel around 4:20 in the afternoon. They gave me the key to the room, but when I got there, it was still being cleaned, so I had to wait. The hotel’s policies clearly state that check-in is from 3 in the afternoon.

Great place to stay near embassies. Excellent location close to shopping and dining. Clean. Friendly staff. No A/C but it wasn’t an issue since we had great weather.

Elegant classic hotel in a very quiet part of Polanco with very reasonable prices in comparison to other properties in the area. The staff are exceptionally attentive and super nice. The included full breakfast is an extra bonus that none of the other hotels in this area offer. Our suite included a full kitchen, living room, dining area, and a separate master bedroom with private bath, and was within 2 minutes walking distance to the Polanco campus of UNAM where I was taking clases. This was a long term stay for us and we couldn’t have been happier. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

I stayed in this hotel for 10 days with my little kid. Overall my stay was very good. The first night was a bit challenging due the lack of block curtains in that specific room. However the hotel staff quickly moved me to another room for the next nine days. This room which was comfortable and pleasant. The gaurds, cooks and front desk are all very kind, helpful and supportive in this hotel.

This is a small hotel but very clean situated in a very secure location. It’s surrounded by restaurants, banks, stores and transportation is very easy. Customer services is AMAZING!!!! wonderful people like not other. I was very impressed. I randomly selected this place for my trip to Mexico City, so I was very apprehensive about what would find but it was beyond my expectations, I’ll come back with my parents because I had the best time.

I liked everything. The location was great in Polanco. The staff were great! Edwin and Jacky in front desk amazing service. The chef Alejandra a dream come true. She make me felt that I was in a heaven ⭐️ hotel even both Segurity guards Alejandro and the other one make me feel secure and comfortable with my stay. I highly recommend this hotel ah! I almost forgot the decorations; a French style. I love it! Also they have Botero painting in every corner! Fabulous ambiance and service! The subway station few blocks from the property. Definitely, I felt at home away from home 🏡 🤗👍

It is not clear on the room description that when it says a basic room, it means that no air conditioning is available not a ventilation fan. This needs to be clear on the room description when selecting the options.

Great location within walking distance to restaurants, shopping and tourist attractions. Renata in the front desk was very attentive and helpful. Breakfast is included and very nice. Room was very spacious but no A/C which was an inconvenience as the room gets hot during summer.

We ended up at a different location nearby (maybe 3-4 blocks) because the hotel I reserved was undergoing remodeling, the staff was very friendly and offered to walk with me to the new location where it was more modern and conveniently located, tons of dining and shopping.
