Our recommendation to improve.
Very well located and friendly staff but …the suite 404A where we stayed needs an overall update ; the bathroom cabinet doors looks awful, the towels are very old, the living room sofa and chair are too big and old looking, the dining room chairs need new fabric because they had many stains, the sink looked dirty so … hope they do better maintenance and renew some of the furniture. We had to walk 1 block to another location for the breakfast that was included in the rate we paid.

This location is excellent, right in the heart of Polanco. Overall the facilities are in great shape. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was very cordial and helpful. Breakfast is included in the price. On the negative side, the lighting in the room could be improved (the closet does not have light). There was a missing soap plate in the shower, which makes it very difficult to use your toiletries.

This is good property. The room which I had was not big but had everything I needed and was very clean. The biggest issue which I have faced was the noise isolation. I could hear all talkes and every step from common areas. No AC. The hotel offers fans but the fan I had was designed for big areas so I couldn't use it as it was creating so strong flow of air that it was taken off my blanket. It has to be mentioned that the hotel offers nice breakfast

Foreigners Beware! Stay Away! Scammers!
This hotel is extremely overpriced in comparison to what you can get. The location is in a good spot but if you compare it to other hotels in the area or a homeshare rental, you could way more bang for your buck. I booked this hotel on a third party website for a few days while changing apartments in the area. I passed by the hotel the day before we were supposed to checkin and asked if I could checkin early. Understandably there would be a fee. The person quoted me 50% of the rate I was paying to checkin early. No problem. I show up the day of and they charged me 50% of the RACK rate which is an absurd amount. I spoke to the manager PATY (Patricia) who is probably the worst customer service person I have ever dealt with. They knew they had me standing there with 7 bags and were going to stick it to me. Aside from that, the door locks are what you would have on a bedroom at your house. An infant could kick it open. While the building is secure in gates, the building is very open and passers by can see in your room. Also, if you only rent a 1 bedroom, the other bedroom is shared by a smaller common entrance that if the door gets shut, you don't have a key which happened to me. So, basically the other tenant is sharing an entrance to you with a bedroom style door lock. The breakfast is awful, don't be fooled by their free breakfast. This place left such a bad taste in my mouth. This is not an international catered style hotel. You can do way better. STAY AWAY.

Great value... Wonderful service!
This hotel is a little bit older, but it's very well maintained. And, the front desk service is exceptional! Extremely wonderful service... And the hotel is extremely clean. It's located in an excellent part of Polanco, and is walking distance from amazing shopping and restaurants.

The location is excellent. The rooms are great. Lots of space. Great bathroom and bed. NO AC though andnit was hot. The fan provided only had a few settings and all were very strong and it was loud. The girls at the front weren’t very nice. The other workers were great - the handyman and cleaning ladies. The girls at the front were kinda stuck up. It actually tainted my experience of the whole stay.

Close to best restaurants
I chose this hotel due to proximity to Pujol and Quintonil (both are walking distance). It is also close to the Metro. The staff are courteous and helpful. The hotel room has a king bed and is clean. There is no AC though, but the fan is enough since Mexico City does not get very hot anyway.

There is not A/C on any room. It is where meter and room was extremely hot! You can never realize that a hotel or stay at Polanco is A/C free

Great Location, so, so Service
Awesome location for business in the heart of Polanco and very competitive rates. For the price is ok, but you get what you pay for. I arrived early in the morning and they did not have staff for the check in. The guard or guy that works at night would not let me go in and asked me to stay outside in the cold until a receptionist would show up. If they would fix the check in and check out service everything would be fine.

We stayed during our visit to the German embassy. Best neighborhood, 20-30min walk to everywhere. malls, restaurants, etc. 5 min walk to subway. Great services.

Room is only a bed. No heater, nothing but a bed with paper thin walls you could hear everything outside the room. Didn't get any sleep, not worth the money.
