The one better one and a half was very large. I’d say over 1000 ft.². I didn’t realize it till later, but there’s a gym, a pool and a sauna which you have the ability to use also. Great location great security perfect.

The place was mostly what i expected. above average place with a great balcony. i also liked how there where 2 sets of glass door that opened in the living room. very walkable as well. the bad is the toilet in the first bedroom is put in a very hard to get to position. worst i ever seen. Lastly all bathroom lighting was horrible.

I like the apartment. it is spacious and location is excellent. Very close to restaurants and business centers. The only thing I wish they could do better is to add more lighting to the apartment. The apartment gets kind of dark when it rains outside, which is quite typically in the late afternoon in Mexico City. But overall, a good stay.

2 night stay

This was a first of a two nights stay for a five day vacation in Mexico City. The place is in a prime location. There are many restaurants within walking distance. There is a movie theater and a shopping mall right next door. Everything was very convenient for me. The place is very spacious with 2 1/2 bathrooms. The balcony had a very nice view of the city. I felt very safe there. I would definitely recommend Kukun and also book their other property they have.

All is great, but cleanliness!

Price and location - unbeatable! Comfort and amenities - very good! Check-in/check-out process - super easy. Sense of security - Perfect! Cleanliness - only lesser rating of the experience. Bathroom floor, walls and sealer around the tub were not clean. Also, apartment light switches. Apartment would benefit from a deep clean.

Jimena, our host/representative for Kukun, was always accessible, pleasant, and prompt whenever we needed her. We were pleasantly surprised to see the property looks exactly as listed, and it was a home away from home. I wasn’t feeling well most of my stay, and the memory foam King sized bed really served it’s purpose! I definitely recommend and will choose this property (Kukun) again in the future. Thanks!

Un engaño. No entiendo cómo se atreven. Patético todo. Sucio. Viejo. Descuidado. Pero remodelado de las paredes que están desplomadas y tuvieron que poner una vergüenza de soclo . Y el olor de todo el departamento, sobre todo la recámara y ese baño espantoso que tiene, apesta a humedad; no puedo describirlo. Todo huele a baño sucio, los muebles patéticos, no puedes sentarte sin lastimarte en la sala, un balcón con basura y piedras y barrotes metálicos oxidados, puertas viejas, el olor de las almohadas me despertó, el ruido no te deja dormir, son departamentos viejos y decadentes disfrazados. Los muebles de baño dan pena. La puerta de la cocina no tiene ni herrajes, no les alcanzó ni para poner parejo el piso, los lavamanos no te dejan pasar. El refrigerador lo tuve que apagar, viejo, hace una cantidad de ruido que es insoportable para descansar. La caja de fusibles rota. Calaveras en la pared del cuarto y corazones antiguos: qué cosa tan extraña dormir con esas compañeras. NO HAY AIRE en la habitación Muebles desechables. La habitación con su vestidor viejo con sus puertas de vieja que no pueden cerrar las pu ah! Pero la puerta se cierra sola de la habitación al baño y llegar al baño totalmente encerrado también: toda una hazaña por lo feo y sobre todo increíblemente mal oliente. En el baño de la entrada no cabes, pero a pesar de que el lavabo está descarapelándose y esta sucio y manchado por los años y la mugre, es mejor que el otro.
