Esta es la ultima vez que me hospedo aqui, antes de llegar no me compartian los accesos, tuve que tener una llamada con Hoteles.com para que ellos arreglaran la situacion. Me hospedé durante 4 días y, lamentablemente, la experiencia fue terrible. Desde nuestra llegada, el departamento se encontraba muy sucio y daba la impresión de no haber recibido una limpieza adecuada antes de entregarlo. Además, algo tan básico como el jabón NO ESTABA disponible durante la estancia. Para una reservación de varios días, considero que la limpieza y los artículos básicos de higiene deberían estar garantizados. La ubicación o las instalaciones pueden ser buenas, pero estos detalles generan demasiada inconformidad y la experiencia del mala a un huesped. No agenden aqui, este lugar va en decadencia, tengo evidencia de todo
