Excelente departamento en unas de las colonias más céntricas de la ciudad, caminando a Reforma, muchos restaurantes, cafés y atracciones turísticas, zona segura y agradable.
Metro Sevilla está a una cuadra y una estación de préstamo de bicicletas está a la vuelta.
El departamento es tipo loft muy cómodo, amplio, cuenta con 1 recámara con cama king size y 1 baño completo, cocina equipada, una pequeña terraza, lavadora y secadora en el edificio.


El edificio cuenta con elevador, este es un elevador mas pequeño debido a que es antiguo.
El elevador llega hasta el tercer piso, y el departamento se encuentra en el cuarto piso, por lo que hay que subir un piso por las escaleras.

Wonderful central location, close to a huge park ( El Bosque de Chapultepec) which has a lot of museums and the castle on a hill. Many restaurants nearby and the flat is located in a mini Koreatown. Noise is a factor, but you’re in a city of almost 23 million people, so its central location comes with an unavoidable cost. After a day or two, your brain tunes it out anyway.
