Localização muito boa, porém não tem elevador

Nossa estadia foi muito tranquila e o pessoal de limpeza e recepção foi muito amigável e flexível ao nos deixar trocar para um apartamento em um andar mais baixo já que não tem elevador no edifício e estava com meus pais de mais idade. Também nos permitiram check-out tardio por um valor extra o que foi ótimo. O lugar é limpo e as camas confortáveis. Achei um pouco perigoso o degrau entre a sala e o corredor e poderia ter alguma mesa no banheiro para colocar as coisas e ganchos para pendurar roupas e toalhas.

I absolutely loved stay at Condesa Residence. The building staff were so friendly and attentive. The room was spacious, clean, the beds were comfortable and the water pressure/temp was great. The area was also amazing. Lots of restaurants, bars and shops are walking distance from the apartment. 10/10 would recommend and stay again.
