Best Deal &Location Condo

The best place and building to stay in CDMX Condesa. Cozy apartment with good light. 24/7 security, parking, Valet Parking, Roof Top with heated pool and the best view of the park in Spain! Also Snack Bar with service at your door from 11am to 6pm. Outdoor gym located on the Rooftop!!   

Wifi 500 Mbps.

The Condo has good spaces, good height and a lot of light enters through the windows. Leather livingroom and they are very comfortable, Kitchen equipped to cook with a large refrigerator. Clothes washer and dryer in the apartment. The main room has a comfortable King size bed.  Screen with Cable TV and Netflix, blackout courtains.
The main bathroom has a walk in closet, very spacious. The shower with very good pressure. Includes shampoo, soaps, body cream, etc.The secondary bedroom has a Double bed, a large mirror and closet.
The secondary bathroom also with good water pressure, towels, shampoos, etc.Both two rooms with very good light and blackout courtains.

Roof Garden with incredible view! Green areas, outdoor gym, heated pool overlooking the Spain park, Business center, Snack Bar with home delivery and Pool service . Hamacs, eating tables, ping pong, bathrooms, the works. The pool is heated 24 hours! perfect choice to relax and sunbath before heading home.
Snack Bar is open from 11 am to 6 pm. They have a fairly large and healthy menu for all ages. The margaritas and coctails are amazing.

The building has Valet Parking at no additional cost, just leave your car and they park it in their designated drawer. You also have a parking lot plus all the amenities that the building has. Take advantage of them! You will see that it is incredible to stay in a place with so many amenities, the best views and sunsets, especially in autumn and winter. Everything is very close so you can go on foot, scooter or bicycle. The area has special roads for biking.

Customer Support Available during your stay from 8am till 10pm! I know very well the city, if you need recommendations about places or things todo, just ask. I live in the next tower so I am pretty close to assist you!

The apartment has a complete sanitation between reservation and reservation to offer you a COVID-free space.

Great management- apartment is so well equipped. Clean and quiet, comfortable beds and sofas. The rooftop with pool is such an extra place to hang out. The cool up there is the best and we often ate our lunch there. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great location, suite, and host!

Our host Horacio was super helpful and responsive. The suite was very modern and secure, comfortable beds and space. The rooftop pool and lounge were on par with an upscale hotel. The location was absolutely perfect: tree-lined, amazing parks, super safe, walkable to lots of cafes, restaurants, and high end supermarket. Surprisingly quiet at night, too. Hope to come back soon!

Most importantly for us the location was ideal. La Condesa is charming and perfect for a city break. Horacio, the host is a welcoming person and will happily help you to arrange your free time in CDMX. Great location and rooftop!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. It was a great location and quite comfortable. Tons of good restaurants within walking distance and in addition to the convenient 7-11 next door, there is a supermarket close by too. The rooftop space was awesome! The manager was always nearby to help and answer questions- very responsive. Would come back!

We loved our stay in this condo that we've alreay secured it for a month next year. The location couldn't be better as it is close to hundreds of restaurants. The two parks are perfect for morning and evening walks and feel completely safe. The condo is just as pictures and Horacio, the host, is extremely responsive to any questions. The rooftop pool is icing on the cake. We look forward to our return.

Phenomenal location

You cannot pick a better location in Mexico City... this property is well-managed, clean, safe, and sits between two great parks. The rooftop pool, workout room and "yard" is an incredible feature that provides an escape from the busy streets with great sunset views. The owner is very attentive and lives on site. We greatly enjoyed our stay! The neighborhood is fantastic, and the staff at the complex are extremely kind and helpful. The apartment was very clean and the owner was kind and very responsive to the couple of things we needed assistance with. The pool and lounge area on top of the building gave us many opportunities to begin and extend our days. The views were breathtaking, the swimming pool was the perfect temperature, the snack bar was a great addition and the bartender/chef added great value to our trip!

Great property and location

Property lived up to expectations and as advertised. Location was perfect and property was clean and spacious. Unfortunately, the Snack Bar was not operational as the two of us were planning to order coffee and breakfast snacks. Good thing we brought our own. The rooftop and pool were a big selling point and lived up to expectations. I would recommend property to others and I would stay in the same property if opportunity arises.

Excellent Condessa Vrbo

We felt very safe with guards at the entrance and a secure lock. There is a full kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The owner is readily available for any questions. He has excellent English but his videos do a great job of explaining the lock, washing machine etc. so you may not need to contact him. We walked everywhere! Great cafes, restaurants nearby. We would stay here again.

Enjoying the City

This was an excellent place to stay and Horacio was an excellent host. The condo was very comfortable, clean, and met all our needs. Security was excellent and very courteous. The roof top was exceptional with great views, a beautiful pool, and excellent gym facilities. A grocery store is .2 miles away in easy walking distance. This place is also surrounded by coffee cafes and many food places. There is a beautiful park in front of the condos and an even bigger park one block from the back of the condo. Overall, this place was very enjoyable and we will look to go back in the future. Great time!

A Hidden Gem in the Heart of Mexico City: A Five-Star Review

From our seamless communication with Vrbo contacts, available whenever needed, to the fantastic location right across from Parque Mexico and a stone's throw from vibrant shops, cafes, and restaurants, our stay was exceptional. The condo delivered exactly as promised: a cozy home with ample closet space and a dinner table set for six. We regretfully didn't have time to enjoy the rooftop pool, gym, and lounge area, but it looked inviting. Special mention to the friendly and wonderful security staff who made us feel safe and welcomed. Solid rental

This condo has a lot going for it and our 9 day stay here was super convenient and relaxing. Important tips: -the pool on the roof has an outdoor kitchen next to it with easy food for kids. Maybe bring an extra beach towel or two if you’ve got a few kids. -The park across the street has a great playground for kids to exercise and release energy. -There are awesome restaurants and cafes that are walkable distances from the building. However Ubering to most places is easy too. Just be super careful loading into the car on the busy street and be mindful of rush hour and gridlock. -everyone (restaurants and businesses) uses WhatsApp (including Horatio ). Download and use it there too. The building security also makes it easy to feel secure coming and going from the building. Horatio (rental contact) was also always available and helpful.

Apartment in Condessa

We stayed here three nights to check it out. We have also rented it for three weeks in January and wanted to check it out prior to a more extended stay. We were very pleased with the apartment, check in process, communication with the owner and the neighborhood. The apartment is lovely and the rooftop pool, snack bar and bar are a nice addition. The owner supplied bottled water and there's a water filter on the kitchen sink. My only negative and it's only a negative for me is, I like to cook and the kitchen isn't very well equiped for much food preparation. I will have to bring my own knives, wine opener, etc. Not a big deal because most people eat out rather than cook in. I also wish the apartment was closer to a subway station but we will figure it out. All in all, I think we'll be very happy on our extended stay.
