This new apartment is one of our top units it in this new gated building. (We have more options here with different prices
We manage identical apartments. You will find the exact same layout, you may find different furnishing styles or colors, all are same quality as shown in the photos
Ideal for long and short term stays.
Neighborhood is great and just minutes away from Condesa, Roma, Polanco and many other zones.
Great location and professionally managed. Close to shopping and local restaurants, there’s a convenience store adjacent to the building.
We have brand new TVs, appliances, etc.
Due to the robust and thick walls on the building, wifi works great on most devices, on some devices with different antennas, wifi signal may not reach the bedrooms

Close to "Parque delta" a mall with all kinds of stores, groceries, banks & movie theaters just a 10 minutes walk.
There is an oxxo (24 hour conveniente store) downstairs for all momentary needs, payments, ATM, etc.
Host is really attentive & extra quick responding! always interested in doing a better job hosting and with excelent recommendations!
I strongly recomend to anyone visiting Mexico either for short or long term!
The New building is on superb conditions, The elevator is always available and everything is super clean and impeccable.
Limited Gated parking available upon request (additional charge).
Don´t hesitate to let me know if you need any further information about the city, as I am a good connoisseur.

This was a beautiful stay in a lovely neighborhood. Easy access to transit and plenty of ride share options. Plenty of shops, restaurants and even a public market in walking distance. The place has plenty of space to work or study and is mostly quiet except for what you might expect on the weekends. The apartment is on a busy street which makes for great people watching and there’s a great view of a beautiful Jacaranda tree right outside the window. I loved my stay and felt totally at home. The building is updated and secure and the neighbors are welcoming. Finally, the host is very attentive and cordial. They addressed all of my requests promptly and with gentle professionalism.
