"The property was very beautiful great location great scenery, the food was terrible even the restaurant on property were bad. The fruit was fresh and amazing freshly squeezed orange juice and great coffee and finger snacks, I would just have to say do better with the food and do better of highlighting traditional Mexican Dishes. FYI this is for travelers if you forget to pack anything don’t be worried Walmart is right across the street and they have everything it might also be convenient to just order a Uber for transportation to and from the airport it’s very very cheap!! "

"All the staff was friendly and helpful. Set the vibe! Made our vacation better. I do wish they had more activities and events to attend in the resort itself since its outside of the city which I love."

"From check in to check out, we were well taken care of. From the front desk, to the awesome concierge, or helpful bellboys! We purchased a private shuttle (separate from hotel) to and from the airport. When it didn’t arrive the hotel coordinated a taxi (paid) and dealt with the shuttle service. Just another example of how great they were!"

(Con este último fue un poco frustrante porque las actividades “Pagadas en el hotel” No incluían algunas tarifas extra que si o si teníamos que adquirir al momento de la actividad) "
