"I just want to say that the room did not have an iron, and it took about 2 hours for them to bring it, and I had to call them again to remind them of my need for an iron. The same thing happened with the room service for food; it took too long to arrive at my room. I even thought about going out to eat outside the hotel. On another occasion when I was there, I decided to have dinner at the hotel restaurant, and they also took too long to bring the food to my table; Many foods at the buffet took time to realize they were empty to bring more and refill them, I had to tell them that it was empty so they would fill it again. Thank you for your attention!!"

"Well everything was nice and clean except the adults pool was kind of smell like pipi people should go to te restroom or place signs that please use the restrooms, Also the shower tub was slippery. Thank you but everything was amazing and clean"
