We were a party of 7, including children; when the children wanted to go in the pool but they didn't bring bathing suits. We ask if the hotel had a store to buy the suits but the answer was no. It was disappointing.

My husband and me were on the hotel on 5/12/2025. Around 1130 it was a 4.9 earthquake; we walk outside the room and there were 3 staff just at the exit stairs waiting for us. It was stronger and everybody were afraid, anyways they stood there. At the end of the stairs were more staff waiting for us, we have mobility trouble. They assist the patrons no matter what. I just trust this place...

Staff was real nice and helpful. My husband forgot his toothbrush and the front desk gave me a new one for free. And the breakfast was healthy and delicious. I would come back again.

They initially gave us a room that was occupied and it was an embarrassing situation. The receptionist didn’t even apologized and check-in process ended up taking us around 40 minutes due to this inconvenient. Other than that, room was clean and the rest of the staff was very nice.

Stayed on the 3rd floor smelled like sewer. Beds need upgrading. A metal ceiling door in the restroom appeared to be part of the A/C was broken, every time the restroom door was opened the metal door would make a loud banging noise.

Hotel was decent but beds are so uncomfortable and hard. Room was also hot seems like a/c wasn’t on even though it was. Breakfast was whatever. Won’t be staying again
