I was visiting my apartment this weekend and it was 100 degrees this weekend , I felt the my apartment nice . I closed the doors to the kids rooms and the central a/c cooled everything down quick it’s a 4 ton a/c . I think maybe the sun directly hits the apartment we may need some extra insulation. We purchased new beds and they are both queen size I can add an extra memory foam mattress. We can’t put calking beds in those rooms sorry . Thank you for staying with us! We are trying this out for our Mexicali folks . I don’t make much of a profit to be honest. I keep this apartment open for my kids and Vrbo (if people like it I’ll open to the public if not I’ll shut it down)

I’m sooo happy you enjoyed our place, this makes me very happy . I will definitely add some blinds that’s a great idea and I appreciate you letting me know. I want my guests to enjoy our place and come back .
