"Stuff was very courteous, polite, helpful. Room was cleaned every day and they did a great job. We didn't get to go to the gym or parking area, though I would think those areas were also clean and organized "

"The food, overall, was very good and the prices were reasonable. The service at the restaurant, however, leaves a great deal to be desired. On several occasions I had to get up and ask for a menu and/or to order something, because no one came to my table for 10-15 minutes. This is when there was barely anyone else in the restaurant, so it is not because they were swamped. One other thing that would improve this hotel is if they had a water tank in the lobby, with filtered water, since we know that tap water in Mexico is not safe. I never buy bottled water unless it is 100% necessary. Having a safe water source in the lobby would be very helpful and would reduce the use of plastic water bottles."

"Facility is old. No ventilation in the bathroom. unable to close the shower door. everything is old with poor function."

"TV was not working properly , and the water at the shower will come and go. For some reason lights will go on without touching anything. Extremely annoying that the coffee machine , fridge and tea pot are disconnected . The claim is for the environment . I really dislike that they say that only to make n experience worse. And by the way , nobody tellers you everything is disconnected and you must fetch your drinking water from the restaurant . "

"If you need to rest, this is it. Rooms are soundproof, quiet as quiet can be. The blackout curtains are just what we needed. The room was clean as new and very spacious. Room service was good, restaurants around, nice park nearby, commercial center, very comfortable stay."
