Nice apartment with large breakfast area with a balcony and water view. Room was very clean and comfortable. Nice hot water for the shower.

Almost nothing open in Messina
The location was close to the Regional museum which I wanted to see but quite a distance from other sites. I expected things to be closed for Ephinany but Sunday was the same. Not sure if it’s because of off- season or Sunday. Hard to find anything open - even the tobacco stores were closed so couldn’t buy tram tickets

The building reminds one of Brazil/Rio in architecture. Great dining/congress room with lovely balcony overlooking the beach/water. Interior very modern/trendy/stylish. The lady co-owner was very helpful & took pity on us giving a lift to a restaurant. That was a Great touch! Quite far to walk from the train station (~1hr walk with luggage) whereas very easy to use the tram (can buy ticket onboard) and get off at Stop Brasil which is only ~100m from Ciaru. Building exterior needs some work. Check-in process etc. handled by WhatsApp in advance which turned out very convenient when you're fore-warned/experience it as otherwise a little off-putting with notifications about charges for XY&Z. The reality was a nice pleasant stay! Interesting entrepreneurial effort, deserve support, I wish them well.

Property was lovely, entrance a bit odd and eerie, difficult to find as it’s not signposted. Lady that greeted us was pleasant but wasn’t very helpful, didn’t give any info on what to visit, local things etc. Just gave us the key and showed us to the room. Breakfast was ok, bit scarce and fruit, meat and cheese weren’t fresh. The room was never cleaned and rubbish was never thrown out, even though we stayed 4 nights (says it would be cleaned every 3). Nobody was ever around to ask for extra towels or toilet roll.

I think that if you answer to the owner in a "telegraphic" manner, never smiling...the owner thinks you don't want to speak with her. I try to, but you we're not available to talk. Breakfast food is daily checked and the cleaning in the room wasn't included in your rate (please, read your reservation conditions); moreover we knocked on your door the morning after your arrival and you never answered. Extra towels and rolls are not included in your rate, but you had our mobile so you could write and ask us.

Good hotel. Served its purpose. Location is about 20 min walk to main parts. Overall good value and big rooms.

Sicilian hotel near the pier
This BnB was easy and clean to get to. Cetty the owner was very nice even sent me a text to ask when I would be arriving . The bed was super comfy and clean. Small room but perfect for 2 people. Simple breakfast a little too much sweets for me. Enjoyed staying at this location we ended up coming back and staying again.

Messina très près du traghetto(traversier). Endroit stratégique pour traverser en Calabre. Ciauru Design B&B offre toutes les commodités nécessaires. Luigi est attentionné et ses instructions sont claires. L'endroit est très bien sécurisé. Notre chambre était très bien. Clim, bouilloire, lit confortable. La salle commune pour les repas est très bien aménagée et le balcon donnant vue sur le port est un atout surtout au coucher du soleil. Tôt le matin, la vie portuaire est une belle expérience. À quelques pas au nord, le Musée régional est un trésor méconnu. Impressionnant. Boutiques de vêtements et vins à quelques portes offrent de beaux plaisirs. Près de l'entrée du traversier, un restaurant offrant un vaste choix de plats siciliens, pour consommation sur place ou à emporter est une belle alternative gastronomique. Le stationnement sur la rue est possible, suffit d'attendre un peu. En résumé, 10/10.

Bel B&B davanti al mare in buon condominio, vicinissimo ad un garage che però non è aperto h 24. Ottimo rapporto qualità / prezzo. Migliorerei cuscini e materasso ad anche l'isonorizzazione delle stanze. Nel complesso giudizio positivo.

Struttura molto pulita. Ho trovato comodissimo sia letto che cuscino. Sono stata molto ben accolta al mio arrivo. Stupendo il balcone che si affaccia sul mare, perfetto per rilassarsi al fresco. L'unica pecca è la serratura della porta della stanza sarebbe da sistemare perché non trasmette molta sicurezza, anche e si chiude. Unico fastidio le persone che occupavano la stanza vicina perché hanno parlato fino a molto tardi a voce molto alta, ma questo non dipende naturalmente dal personale o dal proprietario della struttura.

La camera, arredata in modo semplice e moderno, ha reso il soggiorno piacevole e rilassante. Il bagno comodo, forse il lavandino poterne essere più grande, e la chiave multifunzionale semplice e immediata.

Great place great location great view to stay in messina. tram and bus station sre just 2 min walk. there is a restaurant and cafe and market just 2 min walk. the view is amazing in the loby. the breakfast is great. I definetly suggest.

Si bien el establecimiento se encuentra en un edificio antiguo el mismo cuenta con ascensor, el personal nos atendió cordialmente y resolvió mis dudas en todo momento, también nos proporcionaron una habitación más grande como cortesía porque estaba disponible. Lamentablemente en la noche se cortó varias veces La Luz quedándonos sin aire acondicionado y prendiéndose una luz de emergencia dentro de la habitación que encandilaba la misma, haciendo imposible el descanso. Por otro lado el desayuno no fue lo esperado en cuanto a la poca variedad de opciones a la hora de desayunar. No obstante, el establecimiento se encuentra frente a la playa y desde el desayunado ese tiene una impecable vista al mar

Posizione eccellente per chi utilizza i traghetti, ma utile anche per muoversi verso il centro. Ottima la sistemazione delle camere, arredamento moderno ed efficace. Tutto molto organizzato; da consigliare a chi preferisce esser autonomo.

Poca attenzione per le esigenze della clientela
2 notti prenotate, 1 sola di soggiorno. Poca attenzione per le esigenze di una clientela che viaggia per lavoro che può avere necessità di un cambio programma; aldilà di questo ho riscontrato un atteggiamento che certamente non prevede la cura per le esigenze della clientela...mi permetto di dire che così, in una attività come questa, non si va molto lontano. Peccato perché la struttura è nuova e in una buona posizione.

Francamente crediamo di non avere nessun bisogna di suggerimenti su come trattare la clientela. Soprattutto da lei, che in quanto a gentilezza non può dire nulla. Lei ha cambiato programma, ma le politiche di cancellazione della sua prenotazione sono chiare e non permettevano nessun cambio pena l'addebito dell'importo della prenotazione. Abbiamo solo rispettato quello scritto nella sua prenotazione. Grazie comunque e rispediamo al mittente il suo augurio. Luigi

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura e ho trovato soddisfacente sia come posizione e pulizia camera.Per quanto riguarda invece la colazione devo dire che non mi ha soddisfatto in quanto c'era poca scelta.Il personale è stato molto cordiale e attento alle mie esigenze.

Pulito ed ordinato
Nel bagno, molto curato, si sente la mancanza di una mensola porta oggetti e di un lavabo un po più grande. Per il resto c'è attenzione ai particolari, come la zanzariera alle finestre. Il tram vicino consente di arrivare presto al centro, anche se camminare vicino al mare è favoloso.

In merito al lavabo, la camera che avete scelto è definita "economy" proprio perchè la più piccola, anche per le dimensioni del bagno e arredi.
