"This hotel provides an ultimate hotel experience. It has an old world charm, modern amenities, breathtaking views and friendliest staff. Breakfast was a special treat, featuring great food, courteous service and stunning views. The 3 days we spent there at the end of our busy Sicily trip, were the highlight of it all."

"Beautiful hotel. Staff was delightful. Paid for an upgrade to presidential suite and it was amazing! Private deck and hot tub overlooking the city! Breakfast was excellent. Highly recommend."

"The hotel was really nice, with a beautiful view. We also stayed in one of the renovated spaces and everything was top-notch. The hotel experienced a power outage one day after a storm, which was not in their control, but our room then had no electricity or running water. Just something to be aware of in the event of storms. We also tried the restaurants, but found that they were a bit overpriced for food that was not really very good. The wine was more expensive"
