"As we checked in we were given a room with non functional AC and stains on the sheets. Smelled like old. At the second day we were changed in a better room with much better AC and better cleansed. Rooms are generally very small and bathrooms are unusual tight. Food was excellent and more than enough. "

Only issue we had was the number of stray cats around the hotel, who can be too friendly and don't give you any piece when lounging around the pools. It's not pleasant to be sunbathing when a cat jumps on you and sticks their claws into you!!"

"We enjoyed our Holiday in this Hotel. You have a fantastic view over the whole(!) bay. Also the Beach is wonderful🤩. Clear Water and Sand. The bay is reserved for hotel guests. The Hotel and the Rooms are not so modern, more greek Standard. But we had all we needed. We also enjoyed the Kids Pool with our 2 years old son☺️. But there aren‘t more opportunities for children😕. There were 2 Restaurants, one of them Buffet with traditional Greek Food, and the other one at the Beach with a la carte...

"Niko is a nice spacious hotel with a few quirks that give it character. There are two pools one on the 9th floor which is knee deep and one on the 5th which is sufficiently deep for swimmers. The views from both pools are excellent and each has their oen bars. Sun beds on the 5th floor are for the early birds to "nab" but as the day progresses availability increases. We did not find any problem getting sun longers on the 9th. The hotel.also has a pontoon into the sea for sea swimmers and there is a small sandy beach which we did not use. The room lighting can be challenging so make sure you are fully briefed, we found it amusing but i see there are some complaints. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay."
