Great/spectacular hotel, property and room. Terrible restaurant. The food was cold and service was not the greatest. All in all the hotel and room was amazing.

This hotel was very pretty, it's close to downtown. The pool was great and we loved sitting outside at night with the hotel reflected in the pool. We stayed in 8 different towns during our trip to Mexico and this was probably the most comfortable bed we had. The only thing we wish would change is the lighting, it's a really harsh bright blue, we actually ended up using our phone lights to read before bed instead of turning through light on. Lamps and warmer bulbs would really improve the rooms, it was still great though.

Estuve hospedado dos noches en las habitaciones 21 y 22, ambas super espaciosas y cómodas, las areas comunes muy limpias, la atención por parte del personal siempre muy amable, la ubicación es muy buena, si regreso a Izamal sin duda me volvería a hospedar ahí.

One of the best values we have had traveling in the Yucatan. Clean, large rooms, friendly staff and very walkable. Try the La Casona Izamal restaurant when you stay here. 15min walk, great food and if you're adventurous, Bar Rogers is a must! Maybe 5mins walk.

Staff is amazing, friendly, outstanding customer service. The property is colonial style, and simply fun with lots of character. I definitely recommend this hidden gem when planning a trip to Yucatan... this little small town of Izamal, Citilcum, and Merida are beautiful.

Quaint little hotel with simple amenities. Pool was needing to be cleaned but was adequate for a dip to cool off. A bit of a walk to the center but not unsafe to walk at night.

Hotel Tuul was great place to stay in Izamal! The beds were comfortable as well as the pillows. There was hot water and great pressure! The rooms and areas were very clean and staff was very friendly! We loved swimming and sitting around the pool :)

Nice hotel in good location to town center. Room large but could have used a small table and chairs. Coffee service was not convient as they had to start the perker each morning which took 30 minutes.

The hotel is nice and quiet, only a few blocks from downtown. There's a pyramid ruin a few doors down. The lady who helped us, Leslie, was really helpful and nice.

El hotel está como a 10mins caminando del centro. Los jardines del hotel muy bonitos. No hay muchas opciones para comer alrededor pero si en el centro. El cuarto es amplio y básico, olía un poco mal pero me imagino que era la tubería. Las personas en recepción no tienen mucha información de nada. Pedimos ayuda para llamar a un taxi y la muchacha dijo que no tenía ni sabía de algún taxi y continuó en su celular. La atención al cliente no es la mejor.

Room was clean. Bathroom had some problems. Shower had no hot water and the was a trickle of water. It took a while before the toilet water tank got filled after a usage. Staff was courteous and responded quickly when asked for help.

Everyone in the hotel that we spoke to was very nice. There was a language barrier there but they didn't get frustrated about it. The ground are beautiful and absolutely breathtaking. It's only about a 10 minute walk to Convento de San Antonio and the market. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful hotel, lovely and nice people at the reception but unfortunately I was not able to sleep... all the rooms are around a courtyard / swimming pool were all guests of a wedding nearby stayed laughing, screaming and having a great time with music on all night (till 5 AM)... room has no phone to contact reception... next day hot water piping broken... restaurant burned not too long ago so there is no food in the hotel... very sad cause I expected anything except paying for a room where I was not able to sleep at all and next morning no breakfast or hot shower...

Nice stay in Izamal
Nice small hotel with beautiful back yard garden and big pool many seating groups and lounge chairs attached is a large very good restaurant in Palapas style with Mexican music. Ate there every day. Excellent cuisine with ancient Maya touch. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Bathrooms are spacious and very clean as well. Only y 1 negative experience no coffee served in the mornings should be correacted. Personnel is very attentive to one's needs and friendly.

the hotel has a problem the bathrooms is clean and new, BUT THE BAD SMELL (odor or olor) is terrible, this bathroom has a big problem with his sistems in the tubs or something in instalation, we uses a lot CONCETRATED ROOM SPRAY EVERY TIME WE went to inside the bathroom.
