Day one, I found the safe box locked, therefore it was unusable, I made them aware of it but it was never corrected. Day two, I wasn’t informed that I had to leave the key in the front desk when leaving for the day. I came back that night and my room wasn’t made. Only stayed two nights but they didn’t clean the room or made the bed. Bummer. Other than that the place was nice and well maintained, the location unbeatable and the price was right.

It was fine... But far from a "boutique hotel". The bed was just okay. The cenote pool was out of order our whole stay. We asked for two extra pillows and that cost extra. It was a nice hotel, but boutique is all about service and historic. They got the historic part but need to work on the service part. Also, the vending machine in the center courtyard is just not boutique. Sell stuff at the main desk, not out of the machine. And lastly, the toilets were super weak, we had to leave the hotel to go #2. Lame!

Todo es de 10, la habitación, el personal súper amable, la ubicación está a 4 cuadras del centro por lo que es una zona bastante tranquila y por lo mismo se descansa muy bien en el hotel. Muy recomendado.

La habitación es amplia y agradable, pero el lugar puede ser muy ruidoso. Ninguno de los dos días logramos acceder a la piscina porque no estaba en las condiciones adecuadas. Todo bien, muy bonito. el check out fue mas lento de lo q esperaba. Tenia una cita y me hicieron revisar el cuarto antes de la salida. Llegue 15 min tarde a mi cita.
