"Lovely hotel by the beach. Very friendly staff. We were unexpectedly given a room upgrade which was lovely. The room was spotless and the bed was extremely comfortable. We used the pool and Spa facilities which we really enjoyed. Would definitely recommend the hotel and we would certainly stay again 😊"

"The owner was very accommodating and met us on arrival to make sure we had everything we needed. The flat is clean, cozy and comfortable. A plus is that it has offstreet parking and only minutes to the town and canal. We highly recommend this flat for your visit to Hythe."

"South beach is a lovely ground floor flat.Really well decorated with lovely seaside theme and well,appointed kitchen. It really is yards from the sea( although there is no view of sea from windows)..but you are so close that you can pop out to the seafront within 3 minutes..catch the sunrise or sunset. Parking is easy on South Road.Lovely walk to Hythe town through park opposite house,via Ladies Walk and the canal. Great 4/5 mile walk or cycle all along sea to Folkestone, via Sandgate.Hythe town has lots of lovely hidden corners behind the high street. Waitrose easy to walk to..and bus stops if you don’t want to use the car. We would definitely return."

"Our family has just returned from an unforgettable stay at The House on the Hill, and it exceeded every expectation. This is one of those rare holiday homes that looks wonderful in the photos more impressive in person. Every bedroom is generously sized. The kitchen is fully equipped and had absolutely everything we needed. The outdoor space is equally spectacular. The heated swimming pool was the perfect size for both adults and children and quickly became everyone's favourite place to spend the day. The garden wraps all the way around the property and is wonderfully quiet, making it feel like a true countryside retreat.The location is perfect too. It's just an 8-minute stroll to the charming High Street with characterful independent shops, and restaurants. We strongly recommend visiting the Waterfront restaurant and bar, only around 10 minutes away for fantastic food and beautiful sea views. Folkestone station is also conveniently close, making the property easy to reach while still feeling wonderfully secluded. The service from the Keepers Cottages team was exceptional. They were available seven days a week, always friendly, responsive and genuinely helpful whenever we had a question. We were also greeted with a welcome hamper on arrival, which was a thoughtful touch. Everything about this property has been thoughtfully designed to create a relaxing, luxurious and memorable holiday experience. We genuinely cannot recommend The House on the Hill highly enough. A truly five-star experience in every sense. We all absolutely loved our time here and can’t wait to go again next year."

"This is the 2nd time we've stayed here so we obviously enjoy it. The location is great, right in the center of town just off High St. One huge advantage of this place is that it has off-street parking which makes life very easy if you have a car since parking can be an issue in Hythe. The house itself is over 3 floors and has lots of space for everyone to either go to their room or hang out in the living area. It also has a washer and separate dryer which most places don't have and is a big plus for me. It's always very clean and we're already planning our next stay there."

"Lovely accommodation overlooking the sea. Small but everything we needed for 2 nights. Plenty of outside space and quiet as not yet full season. Beach was busy with locals as it was a weekend. Only downside was lack of local amenities, no shop for supplies and only one place to eat within walking distance. Would stay again, thank you"

"We stayed in Whispering waves for a week in June, our first visit to Hythe, the cottage was perfect for us as a couple but it would also be ideal for a family. Location was great, - a short walk to the promenade and beach with no road to cross, a short walk to municipal swimming pool, park and Waitrose. The house was clean, characterful, well stocked and had everything we needed. Nice private courtyard area. The location was quiet but you will get some road noise at the front of the house at commuter times. We would definitely stay again."
